Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the draftalpha.com website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service") operated by draftalpha.com ("we," "us," or "our")

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

User Content

You are solely responsible for all content that you create, transmit, or display while using the Service, including any voice notes, summaries, transcripts, and generated content. You agree not to submit or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You also agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or networks.

Termination of Agreement

Either Draft Alpha or you (the buyer) may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Upon termination by either party, your rights to use the product or services provided under this Agreement will immediately cease.

Incase lifetime license agreements, we can terminate the agreement at any time and you will be entitled to a full refund of amounts paid.

Termination does not affect any liabilities or obligations incurred by either party prior to the termination date.

This clause applies specifically to lifetime license agreements purchased through AppSumo or other highly discounted offers and is intended to account for changes in business, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances that make the continuation of such agreements untenable.
